Windows 11 authenticator not working

I have a problem where the Microsoft Authenticator on my iPhone and ipad are not working. The account is in there by i no longer get prompted to enter the code and/or there is no place to enter a code. I also used to go into the app to see a generated code and that doesnt exist anymore.I called and was told to create a case online. I can’t log in to the admin website without logging in using the Authenticator app which doesnt work anymore.Kinda a catch 22. I have to log in to add a case that I can’t log in.What do you suggest? I am a business user.
