Windows 10 AutoIt Error

I keep getting the message:AutoIt ErrorLine 0 (File "C:\Users\Public\bin.au3"):Error: Error opening the file.popping on my screen every couple of minutes.There is no file C:\Users\Public\bin.au3 on my computer.What can I do to fix it?
