Windows 11 Automatic repair loop

Purchased brand new lenovo laptop. While trying to setup for the very first time im sent to an automatic repair screen. I have done every option and everything fails.First this is very upsetting. I cant call someone from windows, im having to ask a forum. How does someone from microsoft resolve this?
