Windows 11 Automatic Repair Loop

Using Windows 11, I am experiencing an Automatic Repair loop. I have tried resetting using BitLocker keys, scanning and rebuilding boot, uninstalled the latest quality update. When I attempt to uninstall the latest feature update, it states it is unable and recommends that I attempt to reset. Are there any other options, or is my computer toast?
