Windows 10 Automatic right click problem

i have a windows 10 Lenovo laptop (T430) ThinkPad.I have a right click problem in my mouse/trackpad where in any window (home or browser) the menu opened due to a right click opens up and its annoying.And then the laptop hangs for a few minutes and it's normal again.
