Windows 11 automatically logged out my account and now i can't access my data

after updating my laptop 2 days ago, when i tried to sign in today, it showed me i've been automatically logged out and started "preparing the windows". when i finally logged in my pc was fully reset and my files were not visible even tho the storage was still the same, my microsoft account and onedrive are logged out as well, and when i tried to sign in to my onedrive account it's showing "loading" for hours and i don't know what to do. i can't even post pictures cuz my photos and screenshot folders are showing empty
