Windows 10 Available Networks not visible on Windows 10 HP Laptop

I have done all of the usual troubleshooting solutions, restarting, network reset, updating/uninstalling network adapters, running ip commands through powershell, etc. Whenever I run troubleshooter, it just says "You have not chosen to connect to any of the available wireless networks" but when I click "Show me a list of available networks" it pulls up an empty list. This used to work just fine, and I'm certain it's partly due to me trying to fix Xbox Game Bar. Here is my network settings (I've removed the addresses so I don't get hacked or anything)
