Windows 10 Background Intelligent Transfer Service stops Automatic Startup of other Windows Services when it's not running

Hello team,I have noticed on Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System that from time to time Event ID 7040 from Service Control Manager is triggered. I couldn't detect what exactly causes this but it randomly sets "The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was changed from demand start to auto start." and "The start type of the Background Intelligent Transfer Service service was changed from auto start to&n
