Windows 11 Backup runs but files are empty

I am running Win 11 Pro Version 22H2. I backup using the Backup and Restore (Windows 7) to a USB 4TB drive.The backup runs and creates the folder "MYNAME" and a Folder "WindowsImageBackup". Clicking on these folder does nothing and looking at the properties of them they have nothing in them. The properties of all other folders and files on the USB show quantities of data within them and can be expanded, opened and read.Any idea what is happening with this? I would not be able to restore if I needed to.TMWGray
