Windows 7 Backup (Win7) fails. Windows Security says "Threats found" but "Get details" reports "No current threats"

I use Backup & Restore (Windows 7). Sometimes it fails and reports "the file contains a virus". There is a Windows 10 notification that says "Threats found". I click "Get details" but the next screen says "No current threats".Fairly obviously this is a false alarm - probably one of my Excel VBA macros - but without some log to tell me what was found where, I can't do anything about it, and Backup now fails every time. I deleted the backup file from the external drive just to be sure and tried again, same error.How can I get Backup to finish? Or at the very least, find out which file Defend
