Windows 11 Bad Pool Caller BSOD while connected to certificate WiFi

Hi!My laptop have been giving me a real bad headache for the couple of months.I keep getting a BSOD saying BAD_POOL_CALLER while connected to my university wifi, the BSOD have never appeared while using the laptop at home or anywhere else.I have tried using sfc/scannow in the command prompt.I also tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth,Neither of them worked, I even tried uninstalling my GPU and the network card drivers without any success.Here is the dump files:Dump
