my laptop battery doesnt get charged fully to 100, when i first bought my second hand laptop 1 month ago it used to get charged to 60% then suddenly to 100% and same after disconnecting, directly from 100 to 60 and then drops normally... and that 60% has got to 45% now in 1 month, it doesnt get charge between 45 and 100. what might be the problem.
