Windows 11 battery issue

even after shutdown my laptop loses around 7-10% battery daily if not used. tried consulting hp support replaced the battery but the issue is still there.The laptop is relatively new (6 months old)and the laptop model is hp pavilion 15-eg2119TU.

Windows 11 Battery icon stuck at 39%, even plugged in for hours and while unplugged for hours. But you can see when is plugged in and unplugged. Any ideas?
