Windows 11 Battery Stuck at 18% while Plugged In

Hello there. My computer is a Gateway Ultra Slim Notebook (512 GB SSD) with an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U Processor. It runs Windows 11.My computer has been unable to charge all day. If I take it off the charger, the battery goes down. If I plug it in, the battery remains constant (currently at 18%) and does not go down. My computer states that it is charging, but I see no rise in battery level. I have received zero error messages from my computer regarding this.I have tried the following, and they've had no effect:- Restarting the computer.- Shutting down the computer, leaving it for approx. 30 minute
