Windows 11 Best way to migrate away from our shared Microsoft Account email account that has been compromised?

My wife and I share the same Microsoft Account on our separate PC devices. She uses a Dell desktop running Windows 11 while I use a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11.While we each have our own unique email accounts we also have a shared email account which happens to be our Microsoft Account email.We recently learned that this email account has been compromised on the dark web.
