Windows 11 Big problem with Net Framework 3.5

I have been trying to install Net Framework 3.5 on my PC - Windows 11 Home for 2 days now.The Steam platform - the game requires this framework. I've tried many instructions on how to install the required framework, but still without success and my only option is to ask here. Thanks
