Windows 11 "Billboard Device" keeps plugging and unplugging in Port_#0001.Hub_#0001

Windows 11Lenovo Legion 7 16ACHg6Monitor: ASUS vg248I keep hearing the Windows "USB plug and unplug" sounds. I'll get a barrage of them at once and then it will be silent for a few minutes before it does it again.
