Good afternoon, everyone. Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of Bitlocker activating on my computer, even though I had NEVER activated it or knew of its existence. When I tried to log in to my Microsoft e-mail, I got the message that there had been several attempts and told me to change my password. I changed the password and even with the new password it says the same message, it seems that the e-mail is blocked. I need to recover the data on my computer and I need to work.
