I got locked out of my Dell personal laptop this month when I restarted my computer after it was running hard, failed to reboot 3x then ended up with the blue bit locker screen. Couldn't get the keys because I had never bit locked the computer so my personal microsoft account had it registered but said it was unlocked. The blue bit locker screen specified it was a work/school account and I have been told your work can bit lock your computer without you knowing in some cases but work was no help in providing me with the key and the aadrecoverykey site would not let me in since I had already lef
