Windows 11 Bit Locker password forgot

Hi, I've got Western Digital My Passport external drive, and it has Bit Locker Password set on and I forgot password, and I ain't got recovery key for it as well. I need help recovering either my data or set password on it. Many thanks In advance Abdul
