Windows 11 Bit Locker recovery key, but I don't know which email address I used to create Microsoft account

Hello,this morning I started my personal laptop, but I got Bit Locker blue screen that gives clear instructions on what to do to get recovery key. But for some reason I don't even remember I ever created Microsoft account for myself, expect the business one I got from work, but I never mix private and work email address or PCs.Then I proceeded to see if maybe my private email was in use for that Microsoft account where I couldn't login because account doesn't exist, and I looked through my email (@gmail.com), I've never received any Microsoft emails or something to verify that that's me who is
