Dear sir,I had purchased the laptop(Dell) in November 2018. 3 month ago I was forgot my login password also the security question. Then i brought this laptop to Dell service center. They tried every thing that they can , finally they told me you need to format your laptop I said not because i do not want to loss my data(sensitive), then they told me that you need to provide bit locker recovery key because every Drive(like D,E) are locked by bit locker and we could not copy.
