Windows 11 Bitlocker Drive Encryption has been paused at 99%

hello,I need your help.I'm trying to enter my external hard disk that locked with Bitlocker.I'm using the correct password, the Encryption pross is starting and stop at 99%.Pressing Resume button is given me an error "Encryption could not be resume - The device is not ready"I cant enter the data on my hard disk.Please help.Regards,Yuval Kiviti
