Windows 11 Bitlocker drive encryption interrupted, USB inaccessible

Hi guys, I was encrypting a USB drive with bitlocker when the encryption was interrupted halfway. Now the drive is inaccessible and cannot even be formatted. Is there any way to reformat it or recover it ?Thanks
