Windows 11 Bitlocker Encryption settings vanished after disabling it. How do I enable it again?

I had Bitlocker ON when I bought my pc, but I disabled it to access my windows files from ubuntu (which I installed as a 2nd OS). Later when I wanted to re-enable it, I could not find it anywhere, but somehow after a lot of trial and searching through web (I don't remember how) I was able to enable it. Now recently, I disabled it again after I installed linux Mint beside my windows. But now I cannot find it anymore. There exists no option for it whatsoever.I even have the recovery keys in my Microsoft account which I used to disable the bitlocker encryption.What I have tried -Re-enabled secure
