Windows 10 Bitlocker - encryption stuck, had to restart computer, can't access disk

I was encrypting a 2 TB hard drive for over 20 hours when the progress bar stopped. I waited for a few more hours and since nothing had changed, I tried to PAUSE it, but it didn't work. So I tried to restart the computer and I got stuck in the "restarting..." screen.I turned off the computer manually and whenever I try to access this disk it starts "encrypting" again and the computer gets slow or stuck. Can't access it with CMD with admin rights, can't access it in other computers (all present the issue).I've also tried using - with no success - CMD - manage-bde –off <drive>.Can't chkdsk
