Windows 11 Bitlocker key returns no password

Last night I updated firmware through windows update and I got bitlocked out. Since my key is in on a drive on my laptop, I used the manage - bde command and can see the ID/TPM ID but the numerical password is missing/blank What do I do? I am locked out and unable to reset my laptop. The key isn't available in my Microsoft account either.
