Windows 10 Bitlocker locked me out and cannot retrieve password

It all started when I restarted my laptop and suddenly it prompted the recovery blue screen !! I have never enabled the bitlocker in my laptop.. So after reading I did two things which both revealed odd results. 1) in the command line I ran the command "manage-bde -protectors C: -get" .. Under the "Numerical Password" it showed the ID but not the password. 2) The bitlock view from microsoft website is not loading. It is stuck in the loading stage and does not show the password. It is very weird how the bitlcoker suddenly got activated and how the bitlocker key is not available using the comman
