Windows 11 Bitlocker Recovery Key isnt Working

I randomly got locked out of my computer and all that shows up is bitlocker recovery key. I put the recovery key in it takes me to options. I have clicked everything and tried everything but nothing is working and is taking me Into a full circle back to the bitlocker screen to put my recovery key in. It's been like this for 2 days and absolutely nothing is helping. I have a Dell all in one desk top. Please help.
