Windows 11 Bitlocker recovery key request seems to be on a loop? Keeps asking me for the key.

I have input my recovery key and the system seemed to accept it then proceeded with “preparing automatic repair”. After a minute or so, it returns to the Bitlocker page asking me to reenter key again “to get going again”. Help pls?
