Windows 11 bitlocker recovery key

I encountered blue screen on my win 11 laptop 3 days ago, which asked for my bitlocker recovery key, but i had never uploaded recovery key to my microsoft account and never save this key. Do I have any option beside reimage my laptop? Is this issue related to Crowdstrike that happened recently? Pls help.
