Windows 11 BitLocker Recovery Key

Hi, I have been locked out of my laptop and it is asking me to provide a BitLocker Recovery Key.I have followed the steps to get my Recovery Key but when I log on my mycrosoft account, under devices, there is no bit locker recovery key available.It says no device was connected to my account and therefore no keys are available.What can I do to recover my data without this recovery key?How can I get one if it is not on my account profile?Please help me
