After the CrowdStrike incident, a win11 Bitlocker enabled drive keeps looping at the "press enter to continue" screen before the key input screen. Accessing advanced recovery settings like startup settings will take me to the same loop. Accessing advanced recovery settings like command prompt will output an error: 80070003. I made a win11 bootable drive to access repair options on this device.
