Windows 11 BitLocker Recovery screen every time I boot up my computer. No option to turn BitLocker off in the Control Panel

Hello. I've been experiencing this problem for several days in a row now, though it was an infrequent problem in the past.I'm on a WIndows 11 laptop.Every time my laptop restarts or shuts off I'm met with a system message (in a similar style to how a bios screen might look) asking me how I'd like to recover my computer and describes a lot of acronyms I don't understand with my only options being Yes or No. I've tried both options and they both take me to BitLocker.It was annoying the first time, frustrating the second, and then tonight was infuriating due to it restarting my PC every time I fi
