Windows 11 BitLocker warns some settings are managed by your administrator

I am on Windows 11 Pro. I enabled BitLocker on both of my drives (C and D drives) and I get a warning that "For your security, some settings are managed by your administrator". Please see the attached image below.It is my personal PC and I am NOT part of any domain. I am the only the user and my logged in account has adminstrator privileges. Any ideas why am I getting this error? Thank you for any and all replies.
