This has happened a few times in the past but has since stopped but restarted again. It happens totally at random and if I'm playing a game it completely closes out the game without warning. The only way I've found to get rid of it is to restart my whole computer which is inconvenient. Task Manager says no out of place tasks are running that it could be. It's always in the same place (lower right corner, just above taskbar). Mouse can be seen over it but considers cursor being over whatever is underneath that it's blocking and therefore can't be interacted with. Thought it was something weird
