Windows 11 Black screen at the bottom which is hiding taskbar in dell latitude 5420 after windows 11 update.

I've recently got migrated to windows 11 and post a month my laptop started getting glitches in between and after a while it's getting a black screen at the bottom with a flashing lines during restart as well from the starting page. Could you provide a solution for this?
