Windows 10 Black screen crashes constantly while playing any game, due to livekernelevent 141 hardware failing

This issue has persisted pretty much since i bought this pc, I will be playing games and all of a sudden all display will go black like there is none, but i can still hear audio, I can even still talk to people in discord. Every time this happens, I review my computers status' and resolves issues, and every time it says there was a windows hardware error, Desktop Windows Manager stops working, i get as dwm.exe crash, and it gives me a livekernelevent 141 or 117.
