So i have this laptop for around 3 years now and up until now it has ran pretty smoothly.
Until, one day, once i opened my laptop like usual, and signed in on my account using my password i noticed something was odd. It was a black screen issue. I can still move my mouse around and my taskbar is visible. However, once i use ctrl+Alt+Del to open up task manager to see whats wrong, i realize that the window did not appear and i cannot do anything but search up black screen problems on my phone. In the middle of researching, the desktop suddenly pops up and basically went back to normal.
The problem is that this happens every time i turn on or restart my laptop and also when i sign out of the account then sign back in
i am sure that the problem is not in the hardware as the black screen did not occur on my work account.
Is there a way on how to fix this?
