Windows 11 Black screen won’t restart

My hp spectre laptop suddenly turned off from no battery yesterday and won’t restart, I’ve tried charging it and holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds but the screen stays black. Only thing happening is the Caps lock key flashing at me
