Windows 11 Blank screen after major Windows 11 & Bios update on a new self built PC.

So here's the background story. I was completing my second build and after some hiccups I got it to boot up with Windows 11. Entered my activation key and installed a couple programs. Things went south when Windows 11, my motherboard's bios and some programs required a restart. Now when I boot my PC up the screen lights up but then turns blank. Other devices work (an old alienware pc, a mac mini and a PS5) so it can't be my monitor that's the issue. I've tried both displayport and HDMI. No success. Installation must've went wrong since I was updating my OS and bios. Any suggestions on a fix? I
