Windows 11 Blank Screen on windows defender? Tried to reair upgrade the system but still not working

I used the tool GitHub - qtkite/defender-control: An open-source windows defender manager. Now you can disable windows defender permanently. unknowingly and It is not turning on the defender similar to the error in this link -> Issues · qtkite/defender-control First I had this problem Redirecting I used the answer in the above post to update it.After that I did repair upgrade so that it could remove any problem that I am facing. But the issue still remains. Device is ASUS TUF-GAMINGi5-10300HNvidia - 1650GTX16GB RAM
