Windows 11 Blue Screen and Windows 11 install fail

My computer was working fine up until yesterday. My computer froze and went to a blue screen with the stop code: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO. My computer will not go to recovery mode as it blue screens when I try to launch anything even in safe mode. I then decided to do a clean installation of Windows 11. Windows 11 is now failing every time I try to install it. Can someone help me figure out what to do?
