Windows 11 Blue screen issue on new Windows 11

Hi, I am building my PC and just installed a brand new Windows 11. But somehow I got blue screens constantly. The stopcode is either "DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION", "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL", "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL", "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" or something else. I tried safe mode but blue screen still happened. I am guessing something is wrong with my hardware but I couldn't figure out where. Could anyone help me with this issue?
