Windows 11 Blue Screen of Death loading Steam

Hi there -Anytime I try to load Steam, I get the blue screen on windows 11 on my relatively new Lenovo Legion Slim 5 16IRH8, RTX 4060. This just started yesterday. At first, it occurred twice when I closed out Cyberpunk. Since this morning, I have have the BSOD every time I try to load Steam. Here is the weird thing: I can still play the games I have downloaded from steam if I go to the local .exe file and start it from there. No problems. I've tried two trouble shooting options. First, I reinstalled Steam. No luck. Second, I followed the advice here: Redirecting
