Windows 10 Blue screen - VIDEO TDR FAILURE atikmpag.sys / unable to login via Safe Mode screen

Hello,I’m about ready to pull my hair out. On a HP laptop (15-ba052au).I am having the same issue as this thread here, BUT:Redirecting only way I am able to get to Safe Mode is, via the blue screen, to go to Advanced > Startup Options, and then hitting number 4 to get to Safe Mode. If I hit 5 (Safe Mode with Networking) I do not see any internet.Anyhow, once I get to the safe mode login screen, I get the “your PIN is inaccessible” and the only option is to type in my password.
