Windows 10 Blue Screen

While I was playing, my laptop suddenly went blue screen. This is the second time. The blue screen error that occurred to me before was:

Stop code: kmode_exception_not_handled
Error code: 0x0000001e
What failed: dxgmms2.sys


And now:


Stop code:s service exception

What failed: dxgmms2.sys


What might be the cause of that? My Acer Aspire VX5-591g specifications:


Windows 10 Pro (1909)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.80 GHz)

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (Notebook) GDDR5 4GB vRAM

Intel(R) HD Graphics 630

8GB RAM

1TB HDD

never tried overclocking and my NVIDIA driver is at the latest version (445.87)
