Windows 11 Blue screen

I did something in my bios, now whenever i turn on my pc it tries to like repair the system. After that happens i get a blue screen that says it will restart, then i get another blue screen that tells me to restart my pc or reset it and has advanced options. I just got this PC i need helpI have 16 gigs of ddr5 rtx 4060 i5 14440 (idk for sure just in the 14th gen)
