Windows 10 Bluescreens when not playing a game

Hello,sorry for the bad english coming next.I have Bluescreens when I am not playing any games. I have this PC for 5 years and had this Problem since i got it (I know it was stupid do not try to solve it during warranty). I had a work around in starting the Elder Scrolls Online launcher (only the launcher), but in the last few months this doesn't work anymore. Like I said, I don't have the Problem when playing a game.I tryed updating all drivers and windows and used sfc/scannow and chkdsk. Nothing helped.The Bluesreen error Messages are always different, examples are: system service exception,
