Windows 11 Bluetooth audio plays for a second and cuts out right after.

I am having an issue where every time I connect a Bluetooth earbuds and play any audio it plays for a split second and cuts out. I am on windows 11 and are using a HP Pavilion Laptop 15. One thing I know is in system drivers the Bluetooth drivers status say degraded if that helps.I have already tried these and none of them worked:-Disconnecting and Reconnecting blue tooth device-Using Microsoft troubleshoot for audio and Bluetooth-Using HP troubleshoot for audio and Bluetooth-Turning off enhanced features-Turning on automatic startup for the drivers.-Updating the drivers.-Seeing if i was muted
